Job Description:
We are looking for a person excited about Content & Communications. He/ She will handle content for various pages of the company website, social media; keep it fresh and up-to-date and a communication strategy for the happiness fellows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create innovative content for blogs, social media, newsletter and emails
- Manage content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media Channels
- Prepare relevant content for promotion of campaigns and upcoming events
- Write content for websites, blogs, social media content, emailers, press releases, articles, online ads, presentations as and when required
- Coordinate with the social media team to provide tag lines, posts, content as required
- Edit content to make it user-friendly and SEO friendly
- Edit and proofread content when required
- Find and develop new ideas for web content
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in content creation is preferred
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Should have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse team.
- Self-driven, curious and motivated individual with an ability to work in a collaborative environment

Web Developer (Volunteer)
Position Summary
By joining as a web developer intern you will gain exposure and experience with full-stack web development including themeing/front-end, module creation, QA and maintenance, and overall product development.
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
- Experience with Web design (WordPress/Google Analytics proficiency a plus)

Graphic Design(Volunteer)
Position Summary
As the Graphic Designer , you will support in websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.

YOU NEED
- Illustration experience using professional tools such as Adobe Illustrator

Communications (Volunteer)
Activities and Deliverables:
• Collaborate with manager and other team members on the development of communications strategies
• Create and disseminate materials for thehappinessfellows scouting and workshops
• Build and maintain press relationships
• Develop and edit content for social media, the press, print materials
• Create case studies
• Conduct research for thehappinessfellows’s annual sector report
• Assist in event management and coordination for the happiness fellows annual event, the Huddle

Qualifications and Experience:

Events Management (Volunteer)
Activities and Deliverables:
• Assist in ensuring proactive planning, communication and scheduling of the Huddle, thehappinessfellows' event
• Coordinate with event sponsors and vendors
• Work with communications & programs teams to create, finalize, and disseminate necessary marketing materials
• Assists in the program content development for dinner meetings, seminars, SIGs and conferences.
• Secure equipment & rentals as needed, set-up, tear-down, and help coordination of overall event execution
• Assist our management team in event planning duties such as: sponsorship outreach, press releases,and event marketing
• Research prospects for venues, sponsors, and vendors
• Strategize event layout and design with the event team
• Organize systems and processes for event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Assist in the creative brainstorming in the design of the event, and execute any promising ideas.

SEO Specialist(Volunteer)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build our internal SEO capabilities from ~scratch
- Educate the leadership, product, content, and engineering teams on SEO, help the whole team rock it like you do
- Develop tools for our content creators to identify opportunities, improve their reach, and track their progress - they’re always excited about reaching new learners
- Identify growth opportunities in site infrastructure, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization
- Write specs/plans and designing experiments to test new strategies and opportunities for growth, and help the team execute on these
- Analyze experiment results and pushing forward next steps at a rigorous pace
- Monitor performance metrics to understand organic search performance across our wide variety of subjects and domains
- Identify and analyze competitor techniques,
- Optimize internal linking structures to maximize rankings across our keyword portfolio
YOU NEED
- SEO work experience at an industry leading site
- Any BA or BS degree (preferred in quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science/engineering)
- Advanced skill with Excel or similar required
- Exposure to querying languages desired, bonus for programming languages
- Statistical background is a plus
- Excellent communicator, using data to nail your point
